"A bit unsure and honestly kind of embarrassed"
The site looks decent and a few of the products do seem legit, but I felt a little embarrassed because I kept second-guessing whether the brands were actually authentic. The prices seemed okay, but I couldn’t find enough clear proof or official details to feel fully comfortable. It’s not a bad site or anything, I just wish there was more information before trusting it completely...

It looked fine when it arrived, and I really wanted to like it, but the stitching started coming loose after just one wash. Disappointing, honestly. I expected it to hold up a little better than that.

"My phone was not having it"
The site looks fine at first, but trying to actually find anything on my phone felt weirdly difficult, like the layout was working against me on purpose. Pages loaded slow, checkout was clunky, and I swear every tap made me question if they even wanted me to finish the order. I did eventually buy, but I came close to giving up.

"Print started fading after a few washes"
The shirt fit fine and shipping was decent, but the print hasn’t held up as well as I expected. After just a few washes, it started looking a little faded and cracked in a couple spots. I tried reaching out about it and kind of felt passed around, which was frustrating. It’s still wearable for now, but I’m not really sure how long it’s going to last.

"Refund came through really fast"
I had to return my order the refund came quicker than I expected. It only took a couple of days and there really wasn’t much hassle. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but support did what they said they would, so I can’t complain too much

"Looks nice, but the fabric wasnt for me"
I really liked how the shirt looked, but after wearing it for a bit the fabric felt kinda rough. It wasn’t super soft and it started getting a little itchy around the neck, which was annoying. Maybe it’ll soften up after a few washes, idk, but the first wear wasn’t great. For the price, I just expected it to feel nicer on my skin.

"Delivery was fine overall"
The delivery showed up later than expected, but it’s not even about that. Delays happen. I was more just hoping for a smoother experience. The tracking mostly worked, so I could still keep an eye on it, but it wasn’t perfect.

"Finally showed up, I guess"
I ordered thinking it would arrive in a normal amount of time, but it took forever. The lack of clear updates didn’t help either, so I was just kind of left guessing. To be fair, it did eventually make it here in one piece, so congrats on clearing that very low bar. Annoying experience overall, and I probably won’t order again.

"Felt Like a Bait and Switch"
This didn’t really feel worth it. The order showed up late, and when I finally got it, the quality was way cheaper than what I expected from the pictures and description. It kind of had that bait-and-switch feeling, like it looked better online than what actually arrived.

so I thought I was ordering a soft beige based on the photos, but what showed up looked way more yellow/orange in person. Maybe it was the lighting on the site or something, but it really didn’t match what I expected. Disappointing.

"Prices Were Way Higher Than Promised"
I left feeling frustrated. They made it sound like the pricing would be fair and reasonable, but once I got there, everything felt way too expensive. It’s annoying when you’re told one thing and then end up dealing with something totally different.

Checkout went through in the end, but it felt a bit slower than I expected. I had to double-check my info twice because I wasn’t totally sure it saved correctly. Nothing actually broke, and the payment processed fine, so overall it was okay. Just curious if other people had the same experience or if it was just me.

so I tried returning my order from sombrstore.com, and it was way more complicated than it needed to be. It took days to get a response, and the return instructions were super unclear. I ended up having to keep emailing just to figure out what I was supposed to do next. I’m still waiting on my refund too, so overall it really wasn’t worth the hassle.

"Packaging showed up crushed"
The box came all crushed and messed up, which was really frustrating. I shouldn’t have to deal with checking everything over and figuring out if anything got damaged right after delivery. Not happy with the extra hassle

"Honestly, not worth the price"
I was disappointed with my order. The prices felt way too high for what I actually received, and the quality was just okay. Like, what exactly am I paying extra for?? Nothing about it really matched the cost, so I don’t think I’d order from Sombrstore again.

"The site feels outdated to me..."
The site feels outdated to me, and some parts look a bit messy or hard to follow. To be fair, it still works, but the overall layout and design could definitely use some cleanup to make it feel more modern and easier to use
